4 Easy Cheese Balls

INGREDIENTS

DILL CHIVE CHEESE BALL
  • 1 package soft cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Gouda cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • For breading: 1 tablespoon dried dill Herbs
BACON CHEDDAR RANCH CHEESE BALL
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1/2 package ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chives or chopped green onions
  • 4 strips cooked and crumbled bacon
  • For breading: 2 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled

 

GLORIOUS GARLIC CHEESE BALL
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • For breading: 1/2 cup sliced sliced ​​almonds
CRANBERRY PECAN CHEESE BALL
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup Gouda cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • For the breading: 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • For the breading: 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • For the breading: 2 tablespoons chopped chives

PREPARATION

  1. For each ball, mix the cheese ball ingredients with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until fluffy and well blended.
  2. Place the mixture on a piece of cling film, form a ball and cover completely. Refrigerate until ready to serve, at least 4 hours.
  3. When serving, unwrap the ball, shape it further if necessary and cover with the breading ingredients. Serve and enjoy your food!
