IMPOSSIBLE COCONUT CUSTARD PIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp. Butter, softened

METHOD:

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a buttered 9-inch cake pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes until set. As if by magic, it is layered on top of the crust, custard and coconut topping.Cool. , be sure to click share to save this amazing recipe. Tip : One cup of Bisquick can be replaced with a mixture of one cup of flour, 1½ teaspoons of baking powder, ½ teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of oil or melted butter.
