Cinna-bun Cake In The Oven Recipe

Every bite of this cinnamon roll cake is a trip back to my grandmother’s cozy kitchen, where the warm scent of cinnamon and sugar filled the air and love was the secret ingredient. Passed down from generation to generation, this recipe carries with it the legacy of family gatherings, laughter and the eternal joy of baking together.
Ingredients
For the cake:
- 3 C. Flour
- 1 C. Granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp.Baking powder
- 1 ½ C. Milk
- 2 large eggs
- 8 tbsp. Unsalted and melted butter
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
the cover:
- 1 C. Soft butter
- 1 C.Packed brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. All-purpose flour
- 3 tsp. Cinnamon
For the glaze:
- 2 C. Powdered sugar
- ⅓ C. Milk
- 1 tsp.Vanilla Extract
How to Make Cinnamon Cake in the Oven Recipe
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all the ingredients for the cake in a bowl and stir until smooth. Spread the cake mix in the bottom of a well-greased 9×13 baking dish.
Add the topping ingredients to a bowl until smooth and creamy. Spoon the topping mixture onto the cake mix in the baking dish.Using a butter knife, spread the frosting through the top layer of the cake mixture.
Bake the cake for 40-45 minutes, until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Mix the ingredients for the glaze until smooth and pour over the still hot cake.
Allow the glaze to set before serving.
