CREAMY ALFREDO LASAGNA SOUP

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 lb floor sausage
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 8 oz. mushrooms sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 cups toddler spinach
  • 5 cups low sodium rooster broth
  • 5 lasagna noodles broken
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup Parmesan grated

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Brown floor sausage in a massive saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and mushrooms; cook dinner for 5-6 minutes over medium-low heat.
  2. Add garlic and spinach and cook dinner for 1 minute whilst stirring.
  3. Add rooster broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add damaged lasagna noodles, oregano, and basil, and deliver to a low boil.
