  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly.

  3. Whisk in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until fully combined. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
