INGREDIENTS

  • two kilos (about 900g) red meat sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup red meat broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon floor black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced (assorted colors)
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste (optional)
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving
  • Sesame seeds and chopped inexperienced onions for garnish (optional)

Prepare Beef:
