INGREDIENTS
- Three tablespoons of butter (for a vegan option, use coconut oil or a vegan butter substitute)
- 1 cup instantaneous dry milk (or non-dairy milk powder for vegan/lactose-free versions)
- 2/3 cup sugar (adjust based totally on your desired sweetness)
- 1/3 cup boiling water

Storage: If no longer the usage of immediately, shop it in a sealed jar and freeze. It’ll continue to be true for a few months – in reality thaw when you are geared up to use it!
