 Ingredients

  • 8 mini sweet peppers, halved and deseeded

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened

  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  • ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 tablespoons sour cream

  • Optional: chopped green onions or chives for garnish

Cheesy Bacon Stuffed Mini Peppers

Instructions

1. Preheat Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

2. Prepare the Filling

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic, and crumbled bacon.

  • Stir until well combined and smooth.

3. Fill the Peppers

  • Slice the mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds.

  • Spoon the creamy bacon-cheese mixture into each pepper half, filling generously.

4. Bake

  • Arrange stuffed peppers on the prepared baking tray.

  • Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the filling is hot and slightly golden on top.
