1 cup sour cream

Topping:

¼ cup granulated sugar

1½ teaspoons cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven & Prepare Pan

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease and flour a bundt pan (or use baking spray with flour).
2. Make the Topping

In a small bowl, mix the ¼ cup sugar with 1½ tsp cinnamon.

Sprinkle half of this mixture evenly inside the greased bundt pan.
3. Mix Dry Ingredients

In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and 1 tsp cinnamon.
4. Cream Butter & Sugar

In another large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each.

Mix in the vanilla extract and sour cream until smooth.
5. Combine & Layer

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

Pour half the batter into the pan, sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar, and add the rest of the batter.

Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
