Slow Cooker Creamy Garlic Prawns

INGREDIENTS

  • 1kg of inexperienced king prawns, peeled & deveined
  • 115g of butter
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 cup hen stock
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 tablespoon simple flour
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley to garnish if preferred

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat butter & garlic on excessive till butter is melted.

Stir in flour.

Slowly add stock & cream and stir to combine

Cover & cook dinner on excessive for 30 minutes or till thickened nicely, stirring each 10 minutes

Add mustard, S&P to taste

Add prawns & cowl & prepare dinner on HIGH for 15-20 minutes, stirring gently half of way.

Prawns have been smooth & simply amazingly delish!
