INGREDIENTS
- two giant apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1 half of cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 half teaspoons floor cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 eggs, gently beaten
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gently grease a baking sheet.
Mix flour, granulated and brown sugars, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a giant bowl.
In some other bowl, whisk collectively milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
Fold moist substances into dry, mixing till simply combined. Stir in diced apples.
Drop batter by means of 1/4 cupfuls onto the organized baking sheet, spacing them out.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, till golden and set. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then switch to a wire rack.
Dust with powdered sugar earlier than serving, if desired.
