Grandma’s Ground Beef Casserole is a comforting and flavorful dish that has been a staple in our household for generations. 5-Ingredient Ground Beef Casserole Recipe:

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 to 1.5 kilos of floor beef
  • One 10.5-ounce tin of condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • One 10.5-ounce tin of condensed cream of cheddar cheese soup
  • 3 cups of frozen potato cubes
  • 1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to style

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 stages F and grease 9×13 casserole dish.
2. Cook and drain the floor beef, then area in a giant bowl.
3. Mix in each cream of mushroom and cream of cheddar cheese soup cans.
4. Add frozen cubed potatoes, half of cup shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Combine well.
5. Transfer to a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle last cheese on pinnacle and cowl with foil.
6. Bake for 30 minutes, put off foil, and bake for some other 30 minutes.
