Easy Mini Egg Quiches

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 massive eggs
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped ham
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp grated onion
  • 2-3 sheets puff pastry

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Grease a muffin pan.
3. In a bowl, beat the eggs, heavy cream, grated onion, and season with salt and pepper the usage of a fork till well-combined.
4. Cut and line every muffin gap with puff pastry.
5. Divide the chopped ham and half of grated cheese into the muffin holes, then spoon in the egg mixture. Top with the relaxation of the cheese.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or till the quiches are golden and set.
