Broccoli Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast

This Broccoli Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast is stuffed with a easy broccoli cheese mixture, seared in a skillet, then baked to perfection.

INGREDIENTS

  • four boneless, skinless poultry breasts
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar
  • ¼ cup shredded parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups chopped cooked broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ minced crimson or inexperienced bell pepper
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut a pocket in every poultry breast but DO NOT reduce all the way through!

  3. Toss the broccoli with the bell pepper, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, parmesan, garlic, and some greater salt and black pepper.

  6. Preheat the oven to four hundred tiers F.

  8. Transfer the poultry on to a baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes or till the poultry is absolutely cooked through.
  10. In a bowl, mix the broccoli, bell pepper, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, minced garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Stuff the rooster with the broccoli mixture.
  12. Heat the olive oil in a giant skillet over medium excessive warmness on the stove.
