Crack Chicken Casserole is a scrumptious and comforting dish that has received significant reputation in current years. This dish is a spin-off of the relatively addictive “Crack Chicken” recipe, which originated from the mixture of cream cheese (or bitter cream), shredded chicken, bacon, and ranch seasoning. The casserole model takes this addictive taste aggregate and transforms it into a hearty and pleasurable meal that is handy to put together and cherished by means of all.
INGREDIENTS
- Two cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 16 oz frozen shredded hashbrowns
- 16 oz. bitter cream
- 1 can cream of rooster soup, 10.5 ounces
- 4 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
- 1 packet ranch seasoning, 1 ounce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a massive bowl, mix the shredded hashbrowns, bitter cream, cream of hen soup, melted butter, 1.5 cups shredded cheese, and ranch seasoning. Mix well.
3. Stir in the cooked and shredded chicken, accompanied through the half crumbled bacon.
4. Spread combination evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
5. Sprinkle ultimate shredded cheddar cheese and bacon over the combination in the baking dish.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for forty minutes, or till cheese is melted and casserole is heated through.
