This delicious twist on the classic coffee cake features a delicious combination of blueberries and cream cheese that is sure to make your morning or coffee break extra special.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh (or frozen, drained) blueberries
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat butter, cream cheese and sugar until fluffy.
Beat the eggs one at a time and then add the vanilla extract.
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the cream mixture, alternating with the milk.
Carefully fold in the blueberries and lemon zest.
Pour the dough into the mold and smooth the surface.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow to cool in the tin on a rack.
