BBQ Bacon Wrapped Avocado Burger Bombs

INGREDIENTS

  • Three kilos lean floor beef
  • 1 teaspoon pro salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon floor black pepper
  • 5 avocados
  • 8 ounce pepper jack cheese (roughly chopped)
  • 25 strips bacon (thin cut)
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat a gasoline grill to medium warmness (350F).
  2. In a giant bowl, mix the floor beef, professional salt, and black pepper.
