These smooth and chewy Banana Pudding Cookies are packed full of banana flavor! Super speedy and effortless to make with easy elements like flour, butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla, banana pudding, and white chocolate chips, you can whip up a batch speedy and experience freshly selfmade banana cookies in a snap.

Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 ½ sticks butter softened
  • ¾ cup mild brown sugar packed
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 3.4 ounce field on the spot banana pudding combine unprepared
  • 2 massive eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cups white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper; set aside.
  2. In a giant mixing bowl, whisk collectively the flour and baking soda; set aside.
  3. In a separate massive mixing bowl, use an electric powered mixer to cream collectively the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar till mild and fluffy.
  4. Add the dry pudding combine and proceed to beat with the mixer till properly combined. Add the eggs and vanilla then beat with the mixer till smooth.

  6. Scoop 1-inch balls of dough onto the parchment paper lined baking sheets, leaving at least 1-inch of house between the dough balls.
  7. Bake these cookies at 350F for 8-9 minutes till set. Remove from the cookie sheet and cool on a wire cooling rack for a few minutes earlier than serving.
