Ingredients:
- 1 half cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 massive eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup sparkling strawberries, diced
- Whipped cream and extra strawberries for garnish (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the combination firmly into the backside of the organized pan to structure the crust.
