King’s Hawaiian Cheesecake Danish

Ingredients:

For the Danish:

  • 1 bundle King’s Hawaiian Rolls (12 count), sliced in 1/2 horizontally
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs

For the Pineapple Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional:

  • Toasted coconut flakes for garnish

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Carefully slice the complete pack of King’s Hawaiian Rolls in half of horizontally, retaining all tops and bottoms connected. Place the backside 1/2 in the organized baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, beat collectively the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs till easy and creamy.
Spread the cheesecake combination evenly over the backside layer of the Hawaiian Rolls in the baking dish.
