Homemade Pizza Dough

INGREDIENTS

  • Two 1/4 teaspoons (1 packet) energetic dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup heat water
  • 2 half cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS

In a small bowl, mix the lively dry yeast, sugar, and heat water. Stir gently and let it take a seat for about 5 minutes till the combination turns into frothy.
In a massive mixing bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and salt. Make a nicely in the center.
Pour the yeast combination and olive oil into the well. Stir collectively with a spoon till the dough begins to come together.
Transfer the dough to a gently floured floor and knead for about 5-7 minutes till it turns into clean and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl and cowl it with a smooth kitchen towel. Allow it to upward jostle in a heat location for about 1-2 hours or till it doubles in size.
Once the dough has risen, punch it down to launch any air bubbles. Divide the dough in 1/2 if you choose skinny crust or use the whole dough for a thicker crust.
Roll out the dough on a floured floor into your preferred thickness and shape.
Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone lined with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and let the dough relaxation for about 10 minutes.
Add your favored pizza toppings and bake for 12-15 minutes, or till the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
