Creamy yogurt cake

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla sugar or vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 3 tbsp of corn starch
  • 400 g of yogurt
  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions:

1. Whisk egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar.
2. Add baking powder and cornstarch.
3. Now sti in yogurt and combine to get a easy batter.
4. Aside, whip egg whites with a pinch of salt.
5. Stir egg whites into the batter, mixing gently.
6. Pour the batter into a cake pan lined with baking paper.
7. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 170° for forty minutes, then decrease the temperature at 140° and bake for any other 20 minutes.
8. Turn off the oven and depart the cake interior for 10 minutes.
9. Let cool completely.
10. Decorate the cake with jam or honey, coconut flakes and grated white chcocolate.
