This is the solely Lobster tails recipe you’ll ever want and it’s especially easy! The broiled lobster meat is loopy tender, juicy and every chew is tantalizingly flavorful, specifically after dipping into the heat garlic lemon butter.
INGREDIENTS
- four lobster tails 5 to 6 oz each
- 1 Tbsp sparkling parsley very finely chopped, plus greater for garnish
- 2 garlic cloves pressed
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 half of Tbsp olive oil
- 1 half of Tbsp clean lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter divided
INSTRUCTIONS
How to Prepare/Butterfly Lobster Tails:
Use kitchen scissors to reduce thru the pinnacle shell of the lobster tail, stopping at the base of the tail and snipping thru the pinnacle component of the meat as you go.
Flip the tail over to the lower back see-through aspect and crack the ribs in the center. This will assist open the shell.
