Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 giant eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 – 20 oz can Dole beaten pineapple (with juice)

For the Topping:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 cup coconut flakes
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease or spray with baking spray a thirteen x 9-inch baking dish. In a massive bowl, combine collectively flour, sugar, baking soda, eggs, vanilla, and overwhelmed pineapple (with juice) till properly combined.
Pour batter into organized pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or till golden brown.
While cake is baking, warmness butter, evaporated milk, vanilla, and sugar in a medium-sized saucepan till it starts offevolved to boil over medium-high heat.
