Cheesy Garlic Butter Mushroom Stuffed Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless rooster breasts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped sparkling parsley
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Using a sharp knife, reduce a pocket into every hen breast, being cautious now not to reduce all the way through.
- Season the internal and outdoor of every poultry breast with salt and pepper.
- In a giant skillet, warmness olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add butter to the skillet and let it melt.
- Add mushrooms to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, till they are golden brown and tender, about 5-7 minutes.

- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook dinner for an extra 1-2 minutes, till fragrant.
- Remove skillet from warmth and let cool slightly.
- In a bowl, combine collectively shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Stuff every rooster breast with the mushroom combination and cheese mixture.
- Place stuffed poultry breasts in a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or till poultry is cooked thru and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley earlier than serving.
