Cheesy Garlic Butter Mushroom Stuffed Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless rooster breasts
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped sparkling parsley

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Using a sharp knife, reduce a pocket into every hen breast, being cautious now not to reduce all the way through.
  3. Season the internal and outdoor of every poultry breast with salt and pepper.
  4. In a giant skillet, warmness olive oil over medium-high heat.
  5. Add butter to the skillet and let it melt.
  6. Add mushrooms to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, till they are golden brown and tender, about 5-7 minutes.

  1. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook dinner for an extra 1-2 minutes, till fragrant.
  2. Remove skillet from warmth and let cool slightly.
  3. In a bowl, combine collectively shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Stuff every rooster breast with the mushroom combination and cheese mixture.
  5. Place stuffed poultry breasts in a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or till poultry is cooked thru and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley earlier than serving.

    Servings: Makes four stuffed poultry breasts
