Cheesy Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs are the ideal snack or appetizer for any occasion. These pleasant bites mix the fluffy texture of biscuit dough with the gooey goodness of melted mozzarella, making them a hit with each children and adults. Whether you’re internet hosting a birthday party or searching for a rapid and handy snack, these biscuit bombs are certain to satisfy.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese, reduce into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Marinara sauce for dipping (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or gently grease it.
- Prepare the Biscuits: Separate the biscuit dough into person biscuits. Flatten every biscuit barely with your hands.
- Fill with Cheese: Place a dice of mozzarella cheese in the core of every flattened biscuit. Fold the dough round the cheese and pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball.
- Coat with Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, combine collectively the melted butter, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Roll each biscuit ball in the butter combination till thoroughly coated.
- Arrange and Bake: Place the covered biscuit bombs on the organized baking sheet, seam facet down. If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on pinnacle of every biscuit bomb. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or till golden brown.
- Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve heat with marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.
