Ingredients:
- 3 teaspoons orange peel
- 6 egg whites
- 6 egg yolks
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 half of cup cake flour
- 1 cup muffins “sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon tartare cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup clean orange juice
- 5 tbsp smooth butter

Preheat the oven to 350 ° F (180 ° C). Fat and flour 9 inches (23cm) spherical cake frying pan.
