Country Gravy is now not tough to make even although some human beings are intimidated through it! Follow this recipe and I can guarantee you that you will be assured in making one of my favored things!

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes 
Servings: 10

INGREDIENTS

  • half lb us of a sausage
  • 4 cups entire milk
  • 3 tbsp bacon grease
  • 2/3 cup all cause flour
  • all reason seasoning to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

 

INSTRUCTION

  1. On medium heat, brown sausage.
  2. Once sausage is cooked through, add three Tbsp bacon grease.
  3. Add 2/3 cup flour and stir so sausage is evenly lined and no flour is visible.
  4. Allow to cook dinner a couple min earlier than adding milk.(to prepare dinner off flour)
  5. Slowly commence pouring in milk whilst persevering with to stir.
  6. Once all milk is labored in, proceed to stir and simply let gravy cook dinner a few min till preferred consistency.
  7. Add all motive seasoning and black pepper to taste. Enjoy!
