  • Salt, to taste

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • ½ sweet red pepper, diced

  • 1 carrot, grated

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

For the Sauce

  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 50 ml water

  • 200 ml cream (20–30%)

Cheese

  • 100 g mozzarella, shredded

  • 100 g hard cheese (cheddar, gouda, etc.), shredded

Instructions

1. Prepare the potatoes

  • Add the diced potatoes to a bowl.

  • Mix in the egg, flour, paprika, black pepper, and salt.

  • Toss until the potatoes are fully coated.

2. Pan-fry the potatoes

  • Heat oil in a deep skillet.

  • Add the coated potatoes and fry for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden.

3. Sauté the vegetables
