½ cup milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or Colby Jack)

½ cup sour cream (optional for extra creaminess)

Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions
1. Preheat

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
