2 sticks salted butter, room temperature

1½ cups Christmas M&M’s (plus more for topping)

1 cup mini chocolate chips (plus more for topping)

½ cup white chocolate chips (for topping)
Instructions

Preheat and Prepare
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper and spray generously with nonstick cooking spray. -
Cream Butter and Sugars
In a large bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. -
Add Eggs and Vanilla
Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined. -
Mix Dry Ingredients
Reduce mixer speed and add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix just until combined. -
Fold in Chocolate
Stir in M&M’s and mini chocolate chips, reserving some along with white chocolate chips for topping. -
Bake
Spread dough evenly in the prepared pan. Press reserved M&M’s, mini chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips on top. Bake for about 35 minutes, until lightly golden and just set. Do not overbake. -
Cool and Serve
Let cool completely before cutting. Store tightly covered.
