Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Dill Pickles, chopped
  • 4 Burrito Size Tortillas (10-inch tortillas)
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded

For the Special Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
  • 2 Tablespoons Minced Pickles
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Onion
  • 2 Teaspoons White Vinegar

Directions:

Preheat your Blackstone Grill over medium-high heat, achieving about four hundred stages F.
