Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. Prepare the Brownie Layer: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and granulated sugar until well combined. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  3. Bake the Brownie Layer: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
