Honey Garlic Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Fresh rosemary and parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the Pork: Season the pork tenderloin generously with salt and black pepper.
  3. Sear the Pork: In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork tenderloin and sear on all sides until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Prepare the Glaze: In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar.
  5. Add the Glaze: Pour the glaze over the pork tenderloin in the skillet.
  6. Bake: Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Rest and Slice: Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  8. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh rosemary and parsley. Serve the pork tenderloin slices with the honey garlic glaze drizzled over the top.
