Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Prepare the Marinade

  • In a bowl, whisk together Coca-Cola, brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.

2. Sear the Pork Loin
