Hot Cheesy Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 lb lump crab meat, drained and picked over for shells
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the Ingredients:
    • In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
    • Add the shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce (if using), and chopped green onions. Mix well.
    • Gently fold in the lump crab meat, being careful not to break it up too much. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Bake the Dip:
    • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.
  4. Serve:
    • Serve the hot cheesy crab dip with crackers or slices of baguette for dipping.
