Lobster Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hot dog buns or split-top rolls
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Optional: diced celery, finely chopped green onions
Instructions:
- Prepare Lobster Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. If you like a bit of crunch, you can also add some diced celery and finely chopped green onions.
- Toast Rolls: Brush the inside of each hot dog bun or split-top roll with melted butter. Toast the buns in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
- Assemble Lobster Rolls: Fill each toasted bun with the lobster mixture, evenly dividing it among the rolls.
- Serve: Garnish with additional chives or parsley if desired. Serve immediately while the rolls are still warm.
