Burrata Bruschetta Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 large baguette, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions:

  1. Preheat and Prep:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and lightly brush each with olive oil.
  2. Bake to Perfection:
