Burrata Bruschetta Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 large baguette, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 8 ounces burrata cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Instructions:
- Preheat and Prep:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and lightly brush each with olive oil.
- Bake to Perfection:
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 5-7 minutes, until the slices are golden and crisp.
- Mix the Toppings:
- While the bread is toasting, combine the diced tomatoes and chopped basil in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Assemble with Care:
- Remove the baguette slices from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Top each slice with a spoonful of burrata and a heap of the tomato-basil mixture.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
