8-Can Chicken Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can chicken breast, drained and shredded
  • 1 can green enchilada sauce
  • 1 can diced green chiles
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix

Instructions:

  1. Combine Ingredients:
    • In a large pot, combine all the canned ingredients and taco seasoning.
  2. Cook:
    • Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
    • Reduce heat and let it simmer for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Serve:
    • Garnish with sour cream, shredded cheese, and tortilla chips.
