8-Can Chicken Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can chicken breast, drained and shredded
- 1 can green enchilada sauce
- 1 can diced green chiles
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
Instructions:
- Combine Ingredients:
- In a large pot, combine all the canned ingredients and taco seasoning.
- Cook:
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for 20-30 minutes.
- Serve:
- Garnish with sour cream, shredded cheese, and tortilla chips.
