Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Chicken:
    • Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Coat the Chicken:
    • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken breasts for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and place in a baking dish.
  4. Prepare the Cheese Mixture:
    • In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, provolone cheese, Romano cheese, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
  5. Top the Chicken:
    • Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  6. Bake:
    • Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese topping is golden and bubbly.
  7. Garnish and Serve:
    • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
