SALMON PATTIES
Ingredients

Salmon Cakes
- 1 pound skinless and shredded smoked salmon
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
dill mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
SALMON PATTIES
Mix smoked salmon, panko breadcrumbs, chopped onion, garlic, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, eggs, dill, black pepper and grated Parmesan in a large bowl. Stir and form into small patties with your hands. Add
olive oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the burgers until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Mix mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice, dill and garlic powder in a small bowl.Serve the dill mayonnaise with warm salmon burgers.
