Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crab Filling:
    • In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, imitation crab meat, sugar, rice vinegar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and diced scallions.
    • Mix until thoroughly combined and set aside.
  2. Fry the Wonton Taco Shells:
    • Pour the canola oil into a cast-iron skillet and set over medium heat until it reaches 350°F.
