Instructions
- Prepare Batter: Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another, then mix together. Separate a portion of the batter to create the cinnamon swirl by mixing in cinnamon, brown sugar, and molasses.
- Layer and Swirl: Pour half the plain batter into a greased loaf pan, add dollops of the cinnamon batter, and swirl. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Bake: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45–50 minutes, checking with a toothpick.
