  • 2-3 garlic cloves, smashed
  • 6-8 cups water

Instructions

  1. Blanch the Pork Bones:
    Place the pork bones in a pot of boiling water and blanch for about 5 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water to remove impurities.
  2. Simmer the Broth:
    In a large pot, combine the blanched pork bones, ginger, and garlic with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to simmer for 1 hour.
  3. Add Vegetables:
    Add the daikon radish and carrots, and continue simmering for 30 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Cook the Corn:
    Add the corn pieces and simmer for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  5. Season and Serve:
    Season with salt and white pepper to taste. Garnish with scallions before serving hot​.
