Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders

  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 3 tablespoons honey

  • Garlic powder or minced garlic (to taste)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Optional: breadcrumbs or panko for coating

  • Cooking spray or oil (for air fryer)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer
Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and let it heat for about 5 minutes.

  2. Season the Chicken
Lightly season the chicken tenders with salt, pepper, and garlic powder or minced garlic.

  3. (Optional) Bread the Tenders
If you prefer crispy coating, dredge each tender in breadcrumbs or panko. Spray lightly with oil.

  4. Air Fry the Chicken
Place the tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and fully cooked.

  5. Make the Honey Butter Sauce
While the chicken cooks, melt the butter and stir in the honey and more garlic if desired.

  6. Glaze the Tenders
Toss the cooked tenders in the honey butter garlic sauce until evenly coated.

  7. Serve Immediately
Pair with your favorite dip or serve over rice, salad, or in wraps.

Tips for Best Results

  • Use fresh garlic for a more intense flavor.

  • Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket—cook in batches if needed.
