- two massive onions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- Oil for frying
- For the chive dip:
- 1 cup bitter cream
- 1/4 cup finely chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to style
INSTRUCTIONS
