Apple Pecan Bundt Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
- Mix Dry Ingredients:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Mix Wet Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, beat the sugar, oil, and applesauce together. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Combine Mixtures:
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Add Apples and Pecans:
- Fold in the chopped apples and pecans until evenly distributed.
- Bake:
- Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool and Serve:
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve and enjoy!
