Ingredients
- 1 lb cucumbers ideally English cucumbers
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- ½ teaspoon chili paste sambal oelek
- 2 inexperienced onions thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
