Ingredients

1/2 pound ground beef

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt & black pepper, to taste

6 strips cooked bacon, chopped

1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chiles (drained)

1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, cubed

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican blend)

1/2 cup whole milk

Optional toppings: chopped pickles, green onions, diced jalapeños, fresh parsley
Instructions

Cook the Beef:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. -
Combine with Bacon & Tomatoes:
Stir in chopped bacon and drained tomatoes with green chiles. Heat for 1–2 minutes. -
Melt Cream Cheese:
Lower the heat. Add cubed cream cheese and milk. Stir until the cream cheese melts and the mixture becomes creamy. -
Add Shredded Cheese:
Gradually stir in the shredded cheddar until completely melted and smooth. -
Serve:
Transfer to a bowl or mini slow cooker. Top with optional garnishes and serve hot with chips or fries.
