Cream Cheese & Bacon Stufted Doritos Chicke

INGREDIENTS

  • four boneless, skinless fowl breasts
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup overwhelmed Doritos chips
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
Using a sharp knife, cautiously butterfly every hen breast, developing a pocket besides reducing all the way through.
Season the interior of every poultry breast with salt and pepper.
In a mixing bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon.
Stuff every fowl breast with the cream cheese mixture, then press the edges to seal.
Dip every stuffed rooster breast into the crushed eggs, then coat with beaten Doritos chips, urgent gently to adhere.
Place the lined poultry breasts in the organized baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or till the fowl is cooked via and the coating is golden and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes earlier than serving.
